North Rapid Booster Station

This project included the construction of a new North Rapid Booster Station at the northwest corner of Anamosa Street and Farlow Avenue, replacing the existing facility after it reached the end of its service life. The new station was designed to improve system performance and support both current and future water demands.

Work also included the demolition of the original station and the replacement of approximately 440 feet of water main along Anamosa Street between Farlow Avenue and Dilger Avenue. These improvements enhance system reliability, improve water distribution, and help ensure consistent service for the surrounding area. The project supports the long-term sustainability of Rapid City's water infrastructure while helping meet the needs of a growing community.
