Willow Ave

The Willow Avenue Reconstruction project involved major infrastructure improvements designed to enhance safety, connectivity, and long-term reliability along one of Rapid City's important transportation corridors. The project included roadway reconstruction, excavation, and new asphalt paving, creating a smoother and more efficient route for motorists, pedestrians, and nearby residents.
