St Cloud Street

The St. Cloud Street Reconstruction project involved the reconstruction of St. Cloud Street from 5th Street to Highland Court. Improvements included the installation of new water and sewer mains and service lines, along with new pavement, curb and gutter, slope stabilization measures, retaining walls, and storm sewer upgrades. The project also connected the lower portion of St. Cloud Street at the 3rd Street intersection, improving accessibility and enhancing traffic flow throughout the area.

These improvements enhance safety, reduce long-term maintenance needs, and provide more reliable infrastructure for residents and businesses. By modernizing both the roadway and underground utilities, the project supports future growth while creating a safer and more efficient transportation corridor for the community.
