Jackson Boulevard Street and Utility Improvements

The Jackson Boulevard project improved nearly 10 blocks of one of Spearfish's busiest roadways, incorporating extensive street and utility upgrades, paving, decorative medians, and landscaping enhancements. The project also included the installation of stormwater management systems designed to improve water quality before runoff reaches Spearfish Creek.

Despite challenging weather conditions, construction crews completed the project on schedule, placing more than 5,000 tons of asphalt. The completed improvements provide a safer and more efficient transportation corridor while enhancing the overall appearance, functionality, and long-term sustainability of the roadway.
