Dyess Avenue

The Dyess Avenue Reconstruction project involved the full reconstruction of 1,125 feet of Dyess Avenue, located north of Seger Drive. Improvements included three 12-foot travel lanes with 6-foot asphalt shoulders, along with the installation of twin double-box culverts to support proper drainage. Existing water and sewer utilities were also adjusted to accommodate the new roadway design.

These upgrades improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and provide more reliable infrastructure, creating a smoother and more efficient transportation corridor for daily travel. The project supports long-term community growth while improving roadway performance and accessibility for motorists and local residents.
