Canyon Lake School Demo

RCS Construction proudly handled the Canyon Lake School Demolition project in Rapid City, marking a significant transition for this long-standing community landmark. After serving generations of students for 75 years, the former Canyon Lake Elementary School, located in a beloved area of Rapid City, was ready for a new chapter.This project involved the careful and complete demolition of the entire elementary school building. Demolition of an existing structure, especially one with such a history, requires precise planning and execution to ensure safety, minimize environmental impact, and prepare the site for future possibilities. Our team meticulously managed the removal of the structure, ensuring all debris was properly handled and the site was left clear. While sad to see a piece of history go, this essential work paves the way for future development that will continue to benefit the Rapid City community.
