Sacred Garden Circle

RCS Construction is proud to have played a role in the creation of the Sacred Garden Circle in South Dakota. This meaningful project focused on developing a culturally significant ethnobotanical garden at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) in the Black Hills. The Sacred Garden Circle was designed to honor the history of the Paha Sapa (Black Hills) and celebrate the deep connections shared by all people, particularly Indigenous cultures.

RCS Construction contributed to site preparation, earthwork, hardscaping, utility installation, and drainage improvements. The garden features a medicine wheel and native plant species, creating a space for education, cultural exchange, reflection, and community connection. RCS Construction is proud to support projects that enrich our communities while honoring the rich heritage and traditions of the region.
