Horace Mann Pool and Park
This project involved the demolition of the existing swimming pool, pool house, and parking lots to make way for a complete renovation. A new 12,000 square-foot masonry pool house was constructed, featuring shower rooms, locker and changing rooms, concessions, and public restrooms to enhance the guest experience. The project also included the construction of two new pools: a 131,000-gallon lap pool equipped with a diving board and climbing wall, and a 53,000-gallon recreation pool with a variety of play features for all ages. In addition, a new waterslide tower was built, featuring two runout slides and a thrilling drop slide for added excitement. To complement the aquatic facilities, the park itself underwent a major renovation, which included the installation of all new underground utilities, updated parking lots, site lighting, and enhanced irrigation and landscaping. This project transformed the area into a modern, family-friendly destination that offers recreational opportunities for the entire community.
