Horace Mann Pool and Park

This project involved the demolition of the existing swimming pool, pool house, and parking lots to make way for a complete renovation. A new 12,000-square-foot masonry pool house was constructed, featuring shower rooms, locker and changing rooms, concessions, and public restrooms to enhance the guest experience. The project also included the construction of two new pools: a 131,000-gallon lap pool equipped with a diving board and climbing wall, and a 53,000-gallon recreation pool featuring a variety of play elements for all ages.

In addition, a new waterslide tower was built, featuring two runout slides and a thrilling drop slide. To complement the aquatic facilities, the park underwent a major renovation that included the installation of new underground utilities, updated parking lots, site lighting, and enhanced irrigation and landscaping. Together, these improvements transformed the area into a modern, family-friendly destination that provides recreational opportunities for the entire community.
