Pine Ridge Quarters Apartment
RCS Construction is honored to have completed the Pine Ridge Quarters Apartment Building project, a vital new development at the Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) housing compound. This project directly supports the dedicated healthcare professionals serving the Oglala Lakota Sioux Nation, providing much-needed modern housing. This significant undertaking involved the construction of a 19,728 square foot, single-story apartment building designed specifically as staff quarters for the Pine Ridge Hospital. The building features a mix of housing options, including efficiency, one-bedroom (including an accessible unit), and two-bedroom apartments, along with essential common areas. Our work included comprehensive civil sitework, such as excavation for foundations and the installation of necessary utilities to tie into existing systems, as well as the construction of driveways, parking areas, and even a geothermal well field for energy efficiency. This project, valued at over $4.4 million, demonstrates RCS Construction's expertise in delivering crucial, high-quality infrastructure that directly benefits the health and well-being of the Pine Ridge community.
