The Sturgis Brewing Company project encompasses a sprawling 18,000 square-foot facility, thoughtfully designed to blend brewing operations with a vibrant customer experience. Approximately two-thirds of the building is dedicated to the production area, which includes state-of-the-art brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, and storage for ingredients, allowing for efficient and high-quality beer production. The remaining space is split between a spacious taproom and restaurant, where patrons can sample a wide variety of craft beers in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and a retail gift shop offering branded merchandise and brewing-related products.
