Common Cents Gas Station and Restaurant

This project involved the construction of a single-story convenience store and restaurant building, with work that included concrete footings, foundation, and slab-on-grade. The building was framed with steel studs, featuring a steel bar joist roof structure for added durability. The exterior showcases a combination of brick and stone veneers, composition wood siding, and PVC membrane roofing, giving the building a modern yet durable design. The interior of the building includes high-quality finishes such as aluminum and hollow metal exterior doors, aluminum windows, and wood interior doors in hollow metal frames. The interior is insulated and finished with drywall, tape, texture, and paint, complemented by wall coverings and cabinetry. Ceramic and porcelain tile are used on the floor and walls, with ACT (acoustical ceiling tiles) and wood ceilings adding to the aesthetic. Additionally, the project includes the installation of signage, bath accessories, and all related electrical and mechanical systems. Site work involved asphalt paving, ensuring adequate parking and access for the convenience store and restaurant. This comprehensive scope of work resulted in a functional, well-designed space that serves both the operational needs of the businesses and the comfort of their customers.
