Common Cents Elk Vale

RCS Construction is proud to have built Common Cents on Elk Vale, a major destination for residents and travelers alike in Rapid City, South Dakota. This 15,300-square-foot project transformed a vision into a large, multi-use facility designed to meet a wide range of community needs. More than a convenience store, the development includes a gas station, truck stop and travel center, deli, casino, and dedicated liquor store, creating a one-stop destination for customers.
The project involved all aspects of construction, from the initial concrete footings, foundations, and slab on grade work to the steel stud-framed structure, brick and stone veneer, composite wood siding, and durable PVC roofing system. Inside, the facility features high-quality finishes, cabinetry, and flooring designed to create a welcoming and functional environment. One year after the main project was completed, RCS Construction also added a tunnel car wash, further expanding the services offered at the site.
Common Cents on Elk Vale stands as a testament to RCS Construction's ability to deliver large, complex projects that serve both the community and the region's traveling public.
