Common Cents Elk Vale

RCS Construction is proud to have built the Common Cents on Elk Vale, a major hub for residents and travelers alike in Rapid City, SD! This significant project transformed a vision into a large, multi-faceted facility designed to meet a wide range of community needs.At 15,300 square feet, this expansive location is more than just a convenience store. Our construction encompassed the entire complex, including the gas station and convenient store, a comprehensive truck stop/travel center catering to professional drivers, a popular deli, a lively casino, and a dedicated liquor store. This full-scale build involved everything from the initial concrete footings, foundation, and slab on grade to the steel stud-frame structure, robust brick and stone veneers, composition wood siding, and a durable PVC roof. Inside, our teams expertly crafted all interior spaces, including specialized finishes, cabinetry, and flooring to ensure a welcoming and functional environment for all. A year after the main project, we were also involved in adding a tunnel car wash, further enhancing the services offered. Common Cents Elk Vale stands as a testament to our ability to deliver large, complex projects that become essential parts of the Rapid City landscape.
