RCS Construction is at the forefront of specialized commercial development, proudly showcasing its expertise through the CC Health Discover Circle cannabis project in Rapid City. This innovative facility demonstrates our ability to deliver state-of-the-art construction within a highly regulated and evolving industry.

Our work on this project involved creating a secure, compliant, and meticulously designed space. The facility includes secure storage and receiving areas, an inviting sales floor spanning more than 2,100 square feet, and vestibule security checkpoints designed to provide controlled access. Additional spaces, including the general manager's office, were carefully constructed to support efficient day-to-day operations and seamless internal workflow.

Beyond the layout, construction focused on advanced security systems, specialized HVAC systems for odor control, and high-quality finishes designed to meet all applicable South Dakota state and local regulations for cannabis establishments.
