West River Periodontics

This project involved the construction of a new periodontal and implant care facility, designed to meet the specific needs of both patients and staff. The facility spans a total of 8,407 square feet, with 6,700 square feet on the main level and 1,707 square feet in the basement. The building includes a reception and waiting room, multiple offices, treatment and surgery areas, as well as a staff lounge and locker room. Additionally, the facility is equipped with storage rooms, restrooms, a laundry room, and dedicated mechanical, electrical, and IT spaces to support the operational requirements of the facility. This design ensures a functional, comfortable, and efficient environment for both healthcare providers and patients.
