Monument Health Urgent Care
The Monument Health Urgent Care project involves the construction of a new, state-of-the-art, one-story, wood-framed urgent care and outpatient clinic, covering an area of 7,747 square feet. Located on a greenfield site in Rapid City, SD, the facility is designed to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare services to the community. The building will be constructed using combustible materials, ensuring efficient construction and longevity, and will feature a full sprinkler system for safety and compliance with fire protection standards. In addition to the urgent care services, the clinic will house several key support spaces, including an X-ray room, laboratory, storage areas, and dedicated staff support spaces designed to optimize workflow and efficiency. These specialized areas will ensure comprehensive patient care, diagnostic services, and a smooth operational environment for staff. The project encompasses a wide range of construction disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. All aspects of the design and construction will adhere to the standards set forth in the Contract Documents, ensuring the building meets the required healthcare facility specifications, safety standards, and accessibility guidelines. The end result will be a modern, functional, and patient-centered healthcare facility that will support the growing healthcare needs of the Rapid City area.
