Black Hills Surgical Hospital

This new addition included a two-story addition plus a mechanical penthouse totaling 10,850 sf. The addition is located on the east side of the existing hospital at the existing courtyard. The work involved shell building construction only with interior build-out construction to be completed under a separate contract.
