Pennington County Highway Department Office and Shop

This project involved the construction of a new 24,300 square-foot maintenance and office facility, along with the installation of a new fuel station. As part of the project, the existing underground fuel tanks were excavated and removed. The scope also included significant site work and the demolition of the previous facility. The maintenance and office building was constructed using precast concrete tilt-up panels, offering durability and efficiency. The new facility is designed to support the operational needs of the business, with ample space for both maintenance activities and administrative functions.
