Pennington County Courthouse Complex

This project brought together three major components aimed at expanding public safety services and supporting Rapid City's continued growth. The Public Safety Building gained two additional stories, providing much-needed space for evolving operations. The addition of a four-story Jail Annex increased capacity and enhanced overall efficiency, while a new three-level parking structure improved access for staff and visitors. Collectively, these upgrades modernize critical facilities, streamline operations, and help ensure a safer, more dependable environment for the Rapid City community.
