Hot Springs School Career and Technical Education Center and Lab
The Hot Springs School Career and Technical Education Center and Lab District project involved comprehensive pre-construction and construction services. The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art facility encompassing approximately 18,000 square feet of space, designed to provide advanced educational opportunities for students in the fields of career and technical education. As part of the project, the existing industrial arts building was replaced with a modern, fully equipped facility, and the outdated 9,000 square-foot shop building was demolished to make way for the new construction. RCS Construction is honored to have been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for this significant project, which aims to enhance the learning experience for students and better prepare them for future careers in technical fields.
