Hot Springs School Career and Technical Education Center and Lab

The Hot Springs School Career and Technical Education Center and Lab District project involved comprehensive pre-construction and construction services. The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art 18,000-square-foot facility designed to provide advanced educational opportunities for students pursuing careers in technical and skilled trades programs.

As part of the project, the existing industrial arts building was replaced with a modern, fully equipped facility, and the outdated 9,000-square-foot shop building was demolished to make way for the new construction. RCS Construction was honored to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for this significant project, which enhances the student learning experience and helps prepare future generations for successful careers in technical fields.
