RCS Construction was pleased to undertake the remodel of the First State Bank of Newcastle, transforming its existing space into a modern, efficient, and even more welcoming environment for its customers and staff. A bank remodel is about more than just aesthetics; it's about enhancing the banking experience while ensuring continued security and operational excellence.This project involved a comprehensive update of the bank's interior spaces, which included reconfiguring teller lines for improved flow, creating new customer service areas, modernizing offices, and upgrading lobbies to reflect contemporary design and comfort. This includes new flooring, lighting, painting, and specialized millwork. Additionally, crucial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were updated to support new technology and improve energy efficiency. Exterior enhancements were also part of the remodel, refreshing the bank's curb appeal. The goal was to revitalize the branch, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of the Newcastle community with a refreshed and functional space.
