First State Bank of Newcastle

RCS Construction was pleased to undertake the remodel of the First State Bank of Newcastle, transforming its existing space into a modern, efficient, and even more welcoming environment for customers and staff. A bank remodel is about more than aesthetics; it is about enhancing the banking experience while ensuring continued security and operational excellence.

This project involved a comprehensive update of the bank's interior spaces, including reconfiguring teller lines to improve traffic flow, creating new customer service areas, modernizing offices, and upgrading the lobby to reflect contemporary design and comfort. Improvements included new flooring, lighting, paint, and specialized millwork. Additionally, key mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were updated to support new technology and improve energy efficiency. Exterior enhancements were also completed to refresh the bank's curb appeal. The goal was to revitalize the branch, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of the Newcastle community with a refreshed and functional space.
