This project consisted of constructing a new periodontal and implant care facility. The primary functions are made up of 6,700 sf main level and a 1,707 sf basement. The building contains a reception/waiting room, offices, treatment and surgery areas, a staff lounge and locker room, storage rooms, restrooms, a laundry room, as well as mechanical, electrical, and I.T. spaces.
