The Jail Annex is one portion of the Pennington County Courthouse Complex Project. The new multi level Jail Annex consists of a ground level parking area, outdoor plaza area, and underground connector. This project utilizes all types of construction including precast cell modules, structural precast, structural steel, cast in place concrete, masonry, EIFS, etc.
